1) The units

• Units facing Pasir Panjang Hill are quieter 
• High floor units facing Pasir Panjang Road enjoy seaview but with west sun and face West Coast Highway
• Tower A1 and Tower A2  are on higher ground of the slope (if you don’t mind the entrance)
• My favourite is 2-bedroom unit 03, 04, 05 & 06 in Tower A1 & A2, no west sun (all sold out)
• Estimated maintenance fee: 2-BR $420, 3-BR $490, 4-BR $670 

2) The finishings

• Buyers can choose from two themes: cool (white color) or warm (beige color)
• Living and dinning halls with 9 x 9 or 6 x 9 marble flooring, 3 x 6 for toilets
• High quality kitchen appliances, e.g. Kupperbuch hoob and hob
• Wardrobe in bedrooms are very basic — some shelves with a sliding door

3) The layout

Squarish design, big balcony, small dry and wet kitchens and bay windows are all standard Far East layouts these days.  (Can someone tell me the differences among the unit layouts of Cyan, The Shore, The Sound, Waterfront Collection, etc. and Horizon Residences?) 

Since it is a 5-storey low-rise development, bomb shelthers is still a requirement in every unit.

There is no space at the back of the kitchen to dry laundry.  (You can bet that everyone will be using the balcony for this purpose in the future.)  Only a small front load washing machine can be placed inside the kitchen cabinet.
